Elijah Craig Store Pick Single Barrel Bourbon 12 year oldThis selection is a 12 year old single barrel! Today, Heaven Hill Distillery preserves the Bourbon making traditions developed by Elijah Craig. Each bottle of our Bourbon is crafted with the same method used by Elijah over two hundred years ago: local corn and grains are milled and mixed with limestone-rich Kentucky spring water, then fermented and distilled. After years of aging in charred oak, our Master Distillers select the most complex barrels to become Elijah Craig Small Batch, Barrel Proof, and Single Barrel Bourbons. Our rich history and craftsmanship can be savored in every sip.

Jefferson's Ocean: Aged At Sea "Store Pick" Single Barrel BourbonThis bourbon started out as an experiment with just three bourbon barrels on Trey's friend, Chris Fischer of OCEARCH's ship, in a curious effort to discover what would happen if bourbon was left to weather the extreme elements: temperature fluctuations, salt air and the gentle rocking of the ship. The result was a thick, dark bourbon that showcases complex flavors reminiscent of other spirits; the almost black color and caramel flavors resemble a dark rum as the sugars within the barrels caramelized; the briny, savory taste from the barrels breathing the sea air is reminiscent of Islay Scotch; and at its core, it's a true bourbon. Due to a massive demand from consumers, Trey has now commercialized this experiment and sent hundreds of barrels around the world. Each voyage of Jefferson's Ocean typically crosses the equator four times, visits five continents and over 30 ports on an average sailing.
Stranahan's "Store Pick" Colorado WhiskeyFull-bodied as the fire that bore it, this whiskey glowed amber from the start. It's not often you can bottle up the Rockies, or cup your hands in a mountain stream. That's why Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey does it for you. Stranahan's is the first and only micro distillery in Colorado and the Rocky Mountains as well as one of the first in the country. You'll never find another recipe like ours. Typically when a distiller bottles his whiskey, several hundred or even several thousand barrels are combined for a staunchly uniform taste. And the way we see it, we want you to be able to trust what's in the bottle, without sacrificing character. So we make three barrels of whiskey each week, which is about five minutes of production for some of the mass producing distilleries. As members of The Private Reserve Barrel Club, Bourbon Street Wine and Spirits selected two of our choicest barrels, and this is their first selection, Barrel 0662. We are sure you will enjoy it!
Jim Beam "Store Pick" Single Barrel BourbonOur master distillers carefully select each barrel by hand-less than one percent are chosen for Jim Beam Single Barrel-ensuring the highest quality and craft. No two barrels are the same, and each is individually bottled, labeled and hand-numbered so that its heritage is unquestionable. Every glass is full-bodied and smooth with attributes of oak, vanilla and caramel. Sip it neat or savor it on the rocks. After all, it's some of the very best bourbon our family has ever produced.
